Wells Fargo Center for the Arts offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, long-term disability, employee assistance program, and AFLAC supplemental insurances. Other benefits include flexible time off (FTO), floating holidays, holiday pay, and 401(k) plan. Part-time employees may be eligible for pro-rated flexible time off (FTO), floating holidays, and holiday pay. The Arts Center pays 100% of the employee premium for the vision, long-term disability, and life insurance plans. If an employee has dependent coverage, the employee pays 100% of their dependent coverage through payroll deductions.
Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Long Term Disability and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Long Term Disability and EAP Plans are offered through Prudential. The value of the life insurance plan is equal to one-time the employee’s annual salary up to $50,000. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers employees support for various types of life issues. All of these plans are paid for 100% by the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts.
AFLAC Supplement Insurances
AFLAC Supplemental Insurance covers additional insurances like accident, cancer, hospital, and life. It is paid for by employees through payroll deductions. An AFLAC Representative is available to meet with employees individually to discuss a customized plan for themselves and their families.
