Wells Fargo Center for the Arts offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance (company provided as well as supplemental), accidental death and dismemberment, long-term disability, employee assistance program, and other available supplemental insurances. We also offer flexible time off (FTO), floating holidays, holiday pay, and a 401(k) plan which currently includes a company match. Part-time employees may be eligible for pro-rated flexible time off (FTO), floating holidays, and holiday pay. Please note that the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts reserves the sole right to modify or eliminate any employee benefits.
Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Long Term Disability and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, long term disability and employee assistance plans are offered through Mutual of Omaha. The Center provides life insurance equal to one-time the employee’s annual salary up to $50,000. Voluntary supplemental life insurance is offered through Assurant. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers employees support for various life events or concerns and are largely free of charge.
