Santa Rosa Symphony

The original resident company of Wells Fargo Center for the Arts, the Santa Rosa Symphony was founded in 1927 and has performed at the Arts Center since 1981.

The Santa Rosa Symphony presents approximately 25 performances per year and has a strong youth music education component, including a youth orchestra, wind ensemble, preparatory orchestra, and a discovery orchestra.

Roustabout Theater

Roustabout Theater is a professional theater company presenting contemporary musicals and classic plays. Through collaboration with the finest performers, composers and theater-makers from around the country, Roustabout creates world-class theater in Sonoma County.

In addition, Roustabout Theater’s rigorous Apprentice Program, a unique training program for local students ages 11 to 18, offers intensive classes and seasonal productions. Apprentices also participate in Roustabout’s exclusive and unparalleled master classes with visiting professional theater artists.

American Philharmonic

Founded in 1998, American Philharmonic, Sonoma County is a full size symphonic orchestra conceived and supported by the communities of Sonoma County. Created by a group of musicians dedicated to reinventing the American symphony orchestra on sustainable democratic principles, the orchestra has grown from modest beginnings as the Cotati Philharmonic, to become the premier professional volunteer orchestra in the North Bay region.
