Wells Fargo Center for the Arts is Sonoma County's premier arts organization presenting world-class performances, festivals, and events to 500,000 residents and visitors annually. Recently, we were selected as number 68 in Pollstar's 2007 list of Top Theatre Venues Worldwide. Together with our resident companies, we present more than 100 annual performances and are one of California's largest providers of arts education programs. Located in the heart of the Wine Country, Wells Fargo Center for the Arts campus features spacious auditoriums, an intimate cabaret, outdoor festival grounds with a big-top tent, and contemporary sculpture. Unlike many similar organizations, we are not aligned with any federal, state, or municipal entity-such as a city or university. Wells Fargo Center for the Arts was created by and is supported and operated by the community it serves, making it uniquely positioned as an independent, entrepreneurial- focused, non-profit arts organization.
