Complexions Contemporary Dance Company
Instructor:  Juan Rodriguez
Santa Rosa Junior College, Tauzer Dance Room #951 • SRJC Santa Rosa Campus
Complexions has carved out a unique style of movement which challenges a Dancer’s typical ideas and pushes both themselves and their art form forward. Rhoden and Richardson have worked with many of today’s premiere artists and have set works on various companies around the world. In doing this they have observed the need to increase the dialogue between classical ballet and contemporary dance. Today’s choreographers ask dancers to execute movement at extreme angles in unconventional lines with speed, precision and control. The Complexions Contemporary Ballet workshops help dancers to articulate the connection between all types of movement from very classical to the most contemporary styles of movement.
For registered SRJC dance stuents. All levels welcome.
Tuesday, October 20 • 12:00 - 1:30pm
