Advance Show Notification

As a member of Wells Fargo Center for the Arts, you’ll be “in the know” about the hottest new performances booked at the Arts Center almost as soon as we are!  Our members receive advance notification of new shows coming on-sale, provided directly to you by email and postcard. Please view this sample postcard to familiarize yourself with how we’ll share the “members only” password for purchasing tickets online during pre-sale events. We’ll also post new show announcements and pre-sale information in our local newspaper advertisements and in the events section of our website.

Advance Ticket Purchase

All members of Wells Fargo Center for the Arts receive the privilege of purchasing tickets before the general public. Many of the Arts Center’s performances do sell out and this privilege provides you with the best opportunity possible to see the artists you love and obtain the seats you prefer.

Priority for the most desirable seat locations
is given to our most generous donors.

Wells Fargo Center for the Arts sets aside premium reserve seats for its Benefactor’s Circle members, providing them with the opportunity to purchase the best seats in the house before they go on-sale to general members and to the public. The Box Office fills ticket requests for these seats on a first come, first served basis. 

Benefactors Circle members receive VIP ticketing services.

Benefactor’s Circle members are provided access to an exclusive hotline telephone number. This line rings directly to a designated Box Office staff member for all ticket purchase and customer service needs.

Preferred Parking

All Benefactor’s Circle members have access to reserved, premium parking. Just present your Benefactor’s Circle card to the parking attendant at the north entrance located off of Mark West Springs Road. You will have exclusive access to park in the lot closest to the Arts Center’s main entrance.

Pre-Show Receptions

Members who purchase tickets to select shows are invited to attend pre-show receptions held prior to select performances. Receptions alternate among different genres in order to serve diverse interests and to reach the greatest number of members through these events.

Ovation Lounge events are held every four to six weeks prior to select performances. We invite Patron level members and above, who purchase tickets, to join us prior to the performance for an evening of light snacks, entertainment, and complimentary Rodney Strong Vineyards wine. The lounge opens at 6:30pm and remains open until show time.

Benefactors Circle Receptions are held approximately eight times per year, prior to select performances. We invite Benefactor’s Circle members only, who purchase tickets, to join us for exquisite hors d’oeuvres, entertainment, and complimentary Rodney StrongVineyards wine. The lounge opens at 6:30pm and remains open until show time.
