Spring’s bounty headlines debut “performances” of Santa Rosa Original Certified Farmers Market

We’re excited to welcome the Santa Rosa Original Certified Farmers Market to its new home at Wells Fargo Center for the Arts this weekend! The first of the year-round Wednesday and Saturday morning markets will open for business Saturday, May 19 beginning at 8:30am.

Market-goers can expect a wide choice of fresh, nutritious, locally grown fruits and vegetables; artisan cheeses and free-range eggs; pasture-fed meat and poultry from family farms; fresh and smoked fish; local honey and hearth breads; fresh cut flowers, veggie starts and flowering plants; and selected crafts, including fine pottery, wooden ware, jewelry and fiber arts, as well as popular massage and knife-sharpening services.

The Market has moved to the Center from its longtime location at the Veterans Memorial Building off Highway 12 in Santa Rosa. The schedule will remain the same—each Wednesday from 8:30am to noon and each Saturday from 8:30am to 1pm.
