Patrick Scott is a compulsive creator. He loves a project but tends towards innovation over repetition. His sculptures are all one of a kind. In recent years, Scott has been grappling with a sense of conflict between humanity and nature. The formal elements of Scott’s work are meant as abstract representations of our relationship with nature. Sometimes in harmony. Sometimes with overpowering disregard. Sometimes with reverence.
