Thomas Walsh

Interested in art at an early age, Thomas Walsh studied at the University of Michigan and went on to participate in the American metal-casting renaissance. Walsh pioneered the adaptation of the ceramic-shell investment process to art metal casting. He also helped promote and facilitate the first art metal conferences in the country. He currently works out of the foundry at San Jose State University.
