Accommodations for Patrons with Disabilities
Accessible seating for patrons with mobility limitations are located in several places on the main floor of the theater. Tickets for these locations may be purchased online or by contacting the ticket office, either by phone or in person. Wheelchair accessible restroom are also available on the main floor level. Please notify the ticket office of any special needs you may have, so we can help make your experience exceptional.
Please note: Wells Fargo Center for the Arts, built in the 1970s, is a two story facility with no elevator. The theater’s balcony level (second story) can only be accessed via a 28-step stairwell.
Assisted listening devices are available for our patrons at no cost. Please notify the ticket office upon arrival. Please be prepared to provide a credit card or driver’s license, which will be held until the device is returned.
Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located on the main floor level.
Ample parking is available for persons with handicapped placards. Spaces are located just outside the Center’s north and south entrances.
Certified service animals necessary to assist patrons with disabilities are welcome and must remain on a leash or harness at all times. Please contact the Box Office if you intend to bring a service animal to an event so appropriate seating can be reserved for you.
